First, log into your Google account and if you don’t have one, you can create on in just minutes. Then, visit our Google+ page (here’s a quick link: http://goo.gl/haLuvS)
Once you get to our Google+ page, either click on the pencil icon below the red “follow” button or click on the “Write A Review” button in the middle of the page.
Now, you will see a box open up with 5 stars and a section where you enter your review! Be sure you select the star rating you’d like to give us, with 1 being the lowest and 5 being the highest score…and then be sure you click the blue “publish” icon. And there you go, wasn’t that easy?!
There are many other great sites that allow users to post reviews for local businesses. You may also want to explore sites like Yelp!, Yahoo, Bing, Citysearch and the YP.

We purchased a Hot Springs Jetsetter hot tub from Atlantic Spas and Billiards in Raleigh and have been very satisfied. We visited several hot tub stores in Raleigh and settled on Atlantic. Phoebe was very courteous and professional in her communications with us and during the whole purchase process. She is very knowledgeable about their products and answered all of our questions quickly. We could have purchased another hot tub for somewhat less money, but were convinced of the quality of Hot Springs and sold on the five-year warranty. We definitely recommend Phoebe and Atlantic Spas and Billiards.
We have a Hot Springs Grandee sold to us 3 years ago by Kane at your Raleigh store. He has always been available whenever we had any questions, and made the sales’ experience enjoyable! We had our first major service on 06/15/2012. Duane, the store service manager, quickly made our appointment, and the service technician, Andy Hines, was excellent!! He quickly diagnosed and fixed our spa. I highly recommend Atlantic Spas and Billiards!!!!
I have an older spa and called Atlantic for some assistance in getting it refurbished and in top running shape again. I spoke with Dwayne in their service dept and discussed my options. He suggested that one of their technicians come out and take a look at it to appraise what needed to be done. Andy came out to my house and checked out the spa. It had not been running in several months and would not heat water. I was fully prepared to be to be told that my hot tub needed to have the heater replaced and that I would be spending a good bit of money. However, Andy determined that some of the wiring in the control box had been burned and all he needed to do was replace them. Andy had everything he needed on his truck to replace several of the massagers in my tub and he even replaced the control panel. The total bill was quite a bit less than i had expected and i could not have been happier! Great job and outstanding service!
We bought our Hot Spot Spa from Patsy @ Atlantic Spa & Billiards almost 2 years ago and we have truly been overly-satisfied with it. I couldn’t imagine life with out my spa, but it’s important to have the good service & knowledge to go with it; that’s where Patsy has has made our life easier with chemical knowledge, water testing, cleaning, and routine maintenance. We’ve only had one minor issue, which was probably my fault, and we called up Patsy at 1:00 PM on a Saturday, and she was out there within an hour and fixed the problem. Thanks Patsy, I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else…Also, best Spa Chemical Prices in Town!

After having my hot tub out of service for a few years. I turned to Atlantic Spas and was assisted by Phoebe. I cannot say enough about the exceptional service that she showed me while at the showroom. First of all, she was very knowlegeable about the products that they offer as well as little techniques that will ensure my success. I called first and when I arrived she was prepared for me and had graciously done her homework regarding the products I needed to get the job done. I called several pool and spa services prior to going to Atlantic Spas and no one was able to come close to matching the outstanding service I got today. I could go on and write everything she did for me which was above and beyond a good standard of care, but that would take far too long. If you are in need of pool/spa service. I encourage you to try their business. I would love to have her as a member of my team any day. Pssst- ask for Phoebe you will be very pleased!!!
I just wanted to let everyone know that Atlantic Spas & Billiards are the best when it comes to hot tubs. I always wanted a hot tub and the purchasing of a hot tub from them was made easy and fun. I loved that they allowed and encourage me to test as many I as I liked and I loved that they weremore than willing to wait until the porch was built for delivery. We really appreciated that Atlantic was willing to work with us on our spa that needed service, even though we had not purchased it through them. They really seem to approach their service as wanting to build a lifelong partnership, rather than a quick fix to take your money. After checking all over town and comparing price, service and customer service, Phoebe at Atlantic Spas and Billiards was the friendliest, most helpful and knowledgeable person we dealt with. We have been loving our Sundance 850 Spa since we bought it in 2004 and used it daily. Now the circulation pump failed and I called for service. They send a technician, had the parts and the unit was fixed in no time. Very competent technician, Pleasure to work with the company. -Uwe in Chapel Hill
